FIRM is a service company that maintains and repairs fitness equipment in the Maryland, DC, Virginia region.  Started in 2015 by Bobby Gregory, who has over 20 years experience in the fitness equipment and service industries, FIRM has quickly become one of the region's go-to industry experts.  The philosophy behind FIRM is that service should be about providing the customer with an effective repair solution for their machine, and not a mining for dollars approach or a monthly sales quota.  We will provide what is needed to keep your equipment running at its best and safest capacity in order to keep your equipment downtime at an absolute minimum.
