Started in 2015 by Bobby Gregory, who has over 20 years experience in the fitness equipment and service industries, FIRM has quickly become one of the region's go-to industry experts. The philosophy behind FIRM is that service should be about providing the customer with an effective repair solution for their machine, and not a mining for dollars approach or a monthly sales quota.
